I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer available for flexible one-on-one training or small groups. My fitness schedule is to be determined around my camera operating schedule.

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build lean muscle, prevent injuries or just live a more active lifestyle, I would love to speak with you about your goals. Training for pre and post-natal women is available. I can come to train you at your home (I provide all equipment), meet you at a local park or a private gym in Sherman Oaks.
